Dynamics 365 Customer Support Consultant
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Support Consultant to be the first point of contact for customers. We’re looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem solving skills, a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively. You must have a keen interest in IT and confidence using a range of IT software from various web browsers to the full suite of Microsoft Office products. An understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) or previous experience of a CRM system would be an advantage but full training will be given. The role offers great opportunities to learn and develop for someone starting a career in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Dynamics 365 Project Co-ordinator/Junior Project Manager
We are looking for someone to co-ordinate all elements of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects in order to deliver all customer requirements, exceed customer expectations and ensure an excellent customer experience by consistently ensuring results are achieved on deadline. This is an office-based administration role that can be delivered flexibly by negotiation dependent on business needs. Previous project management experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Dynamics 365 Pre-Sales Consultant
We’re looking for someone to provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team by attending meetings with clients/prospective clients to give technical and product advice and recommendations. The right person will be comfortable delivering presentations and product demonstrations to support sales activity. You’ll also be supporting the Managing Director to deliver key business development projects and tender proposals as required. Previous technical experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.
