Benefits of fixed pricing

ixRM is a Microsoft UK partner that works with clients and businesses to implement a CRM system that can help their business work more productively and efficiently. Our team will help you understand what you need from a CRM system and how it can be used to improve the way you are currently working. We offer fixed pricing to help our clients get great value for money and also a set figure which they can easily budget around.

It can be difficult or complicated to budget for a new CRM system, but as our solutions and services can vary to benefit a range of different clients, we have priced them accordingly, meaning you only pay for the software you need. What you need to get out of your customised CRM may differ from business to business, so we have set up fixed rate packages to help you budget.

Our packages can meet the needs of most standard businesses, as the services and programs they include vary according to the size of your business. Our fixed price packages range from basic functionalities for 1–5 users, right up to a 1500 user full-service functionality to facilitate an entire sales operation for larger businesses. If you want something slightly more bespoke, additional consultancy is available at a reduced rate if you are on one of our fixed price plans.

There are many benefits afforded to businesses to have a fixed ‘all in’ monthly price plan. Firstly, the option and ability to custom pick a plan that suits your business is extremely useful as there might be programs and services that you don’t need or aren’t necessarily useful or relevant. Also, you will be much better able to budget and manage your monthly cash flow if you know the set figure that will be going out and it won’t vary from month to month.

For more information about what services are included in these packages, read more here. Alternatively, if you would like to enquire about a bespoke package, speak to a member of our team today on 0113 415 1615 and we’ll be happy to help.
