Which is better? Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce?

9th November 2017

When it comes to choosing CRM software for your business, there are two leading companies that spring to mind; Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. The two have a fruitful history of competing against each other and are both constantly striving to be the best.

Salesforce is the pre-eminent player and is widely known, however Microsoft has made huge strides forward and has recently been recognised as the market leader for Sales Force Automation*.

When it comes to selecting the right one for your business it is often other things the system needs to integrate with that helps make the choice. Microsoft Dynamics has much tighter integration with core Microsoft products (such as Outlook, Yammer, OneNote, Word, Excel and SharePoint). This, and the full integration with professional social media platform LinkedIn makes it a popular choice for business owners.

In recent client surveys and satisfaction scores, Dynamics has scored higher for client satisfaction and since the introduction of Appsource, customer are able to quickly and easily find a solution that tailors the system to their needs.. If you are comfortable with Microsoft products, the customer research proves Dynamics is the more appeaxling option..
